Being first a Christian, then wife, mother, and grandmother, staying healthy is very important to me. My family needs me and I need them. I love to make things, garden, sew, cook, preserve, play the guitar, and sing.
Many years ago, I started to notice that my skin was not responding to skin care products like it should. My skin was very dry, acne prone, red, itchy, and very unhealthy. So, I started to make my own soap, lotions, and deodorants, and I saw a great improvements. Also, my allergies improved.
If you have problem skin, don’t try to cover it up. Your skin needs to breath and heal. I’ve developed a simple and natural skin care and makeup line that I think will improve your skin. Remember, it takes time to heal, but the outcome will be worth it. You want to look natural, not made up.
I have been an student of herbs for as long as I can remember. When I was young, my grandmother used to show me herbs and tell me what they were good for. I didn’t even realize that she was teaching me then, only that I was very interested in learning more. I love to walk through the fields and forest and look for plants. When my husband fishes, I look for herbs. He can’t understand why I don’t like to fish, and would rather look at plants and flowers. But plants lovers know the reasons.
I believe that God gave us all these wonderful plants to enjoy, but mostly to cure ourselves. There’s a cure for every illness growing out there somewhere, we just have to find it.
I am by no means a doctor, and would never “prescribe” herbs for illnesses. But, please do your own research on herbs, and visit my botanical shop for all your needs.
Stay well and happy,
